Disgusting Service and overall store appearance

<p>I have been dealing with RBS Computers over the last 10+ years and up until recently I was very happy with their service. What kind of IT outlet sells toilet paper????? This is ridiculous! This looks to me like a business in serious decline. Staff have changed and unfortunately the helpful and knowledgeable people I dealt with in the past are no longer there. I refuse to attempt to communicate with a surfer/skater boy looking child for my PC requirements. Staff look sloppy and the store just looks shabby. Such a pity that what was once a well known PC and related accessories business has declined to such a point. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere as well as encouraging my friends & colleagues to do the same. Shame on you RBS, you went from Glory to Gory! You should be ashamed.</p>
