RBE Maintenance nightmare

This was a nightmare from start, I needed some roof work, building work and painting done at my house, the minute I paid the deposit of R51,000 the problems started, Jeff Lawrance the owner always having excuses, poor work done, left my house stripped from gutters, facial boards for weeks/months, not replacing all broken tiles etc. No effort made by his staff on sanding off window frames and window sills, always late or not even coming to do work, one part of my palisades was so badly painted by them, I still need to re do lot of there work, after 4 months I noticed he had used all the deposit money on other things, I had to use some of the remaining money to buy material and pay his one guy for labour. Looking back on this it was lies from start, try to phone him after the deposit was paid he dont answer his phone, I tracked his business address to 77 Webber Rd Lambton. Most of the times he drops off his workers and leave them without supervision, O and his staff always complained he do not pay them for work done, some times he also did not come and pickup his staff after work and mostly pick them up late. Today 2019/05/13 I am still re doing poor work that was left by them. At one point when my house was left abandoned for days I found his staff working on another site in Primrose. O the excuses, promises did not surface, doing all the outstanding work myself now, i can write a book but I think this is enough said.
