25 year guarantee but you can't hold them after shoddy installation
I had gutters installed by RBE Maintenance in 2024 with a 25 year guarantee, which is useless if you can't get hold of the installers afterwards. The gutters were installed tilted in the wrong direction, so the water lays in all the corners. Which constantly drips because they were not sealed properly. I have since tried calling and sending whattsap messages with no response from Jeff who sold me the gutters in the first place. I would NEVER do business with this company again. Not to mention, that after the fact, I discovered that I was ********** too...to make things worse.

25 Aug 2026, 10:26It's been a few months since I posted my review, and I have not heard anything from RBE Maintenance. I now have to pay another company to come and fix my gutters. It's disgusting that a company can get away with this sort of thing and I am sure he is still ripping people off and giving them fictitious 25 year guarantees. Run for the hills, do not do business with this company.
