Very very bad after service.

I Have had a very bad experience with Pools for Africa, i had one of their pools installed in 2021 and since then i have had only problems. From day one the pool gel coating stared to come off resulting black spots in my pool, they have come out to patch the pool but two days later it just came off again, there is now two holes in my pool and discoloring on the patched areas of the pool and now they come back and say they only warrant the structural integrity of the pool.

i paid a lot of money for this pool, i have always been nice with them and n ow they come back to me telling me they don't warrant this?

i am not happy at all with pools for africa , i am still waiting on them to answer me on how to go forward but it seems like they just dont care.

Dear Wesley, Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your frustration with the ongoing gel coat issues and the lack of proper resolution since 2021. Pools for Africa came under new ownership on 1st April 2024. While warranty obligations from the previous ownership period remain with them, we're committed to helping facilitate a resolution for you. The gel coat failures and structural issues you're describing are concerning quality problems that shouldn't occur. Under our new management, we've upgraded to marine-grade Lloyd's approved materials and modern manufacturing processes to prevent these exact issues. We'd be happy to inspect your pool and provide guidance on the best path forward. Please contact us directly at *** so we can discuss your options and how we can assist in getting this resolved. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you move forward with a solution. Best regards,
The NEW Pools for Africa Team
