Still no repairs done

Good day<br> <br> it has been four weeks since i had complained about the damaged ceiling in my house and RBA since said they will send someone to repair.<br> <br> still no one has come and no one has called to make sure its been fixed.<br> <br> water damage on the bedroom ceiling which could fall at any time.<br> kitchen ceiling sagging, its a night mare.<br> <br> its hard to advise someone to buy a house with RBA, because once the bank pays them, they have no regard for your concerns.
