<p>I have bought myself hell more that home.</p> <p>i call rba homes immediately when moving in regarding problems as follows:</p> <p>1. Leaking outside pipe</p> <p>2. Leaking roof.</p> <p>3. Leaking kitchen tap</p> <p>Outside pipe they app**** silicon and is still leaking even worse and now is a contractual matter than this should have been fix within three months, should they have done it right the first time.</p> <p>Handyman can fix the roof if the is no rain, but when I call immediately after rain the can only send someone on a particular day when the roof is dry again, wondering if this go on till is outside contract term and condition specically about things that have to be fixed.</p> <p>Tap in the kitchen can't even began to talk about it, handyman the must be something wrong about the tap and they leave.</p> <p>i have send them the attached picture and they decide to ignore now is a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>they need to be held accountable, but it seems like they are untouchable.</p> <p>Is the some one out there that can help to deal with this company, they believe there big boy in this industry and they can play with people. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
