Saddened and disappointed by the service from RBA

I bought a house from RBA last year at Protea Glen Ext 14 and I moved in on the 15th December 2014.<br> I noticed that there were cracks before I sign the happy letter and I was informed that it was fixed which was not. The builder came back and sealed the cracks with silicon. I told him that I'm not happy about silicon thing then he reassured me that I will never see cracks in my house again but now it's worse than before. I reported the matter multiple times I even lost count. The builder come but did not fix anything and promise to come back the following day and this affected my work because I had to book leave for this days. The last time I spoke to Madika who promised me that she will send a builder to come and fix my house which even today I am still waiting. I've been complaining about the same thing for 6 months, all I get is empty promises. I also reported:<br> Cracks (Lounge, Bedroom) and underneath the windows<br> Leak (Basin and Toilet)<br> The outside and Bedroom lights are not working<br> Roofing Tiles (Not straight)<br> No stand number<br> Stiff Lounge door<br> I feel like I bought a RDP house, yet I'm paying every month but not enjoying my house that I work so hard for.
