Roof leaking inside the house

I have just found out my roof is leaking after 11 month of occupation, I called RNA call center and I was inform they can only fix my roof after 6 days because their contractor is currently busy this unacceptable now its like I'm still leaving in a shack its rainy season I keep using a bucket to absorbed water coming from the roof
