Roof Falling and Gyser not working

I reported some of the cracks in the house including shifting of the roof and incomplete windows paint. It has been 5 months now I am experiencing a problem when the weather is bad I get cold water.<br> RBA technician came once but still couldn't fix my geyser. <br> I have called their call center several times and they told me that they will call me within three working days till now I'm still waiting. I'm afraid that during this winter season I might have fever (My Wife has it anyway) because of having a cold bath, also afraid that during August there is lots of wind and my roof might l fall off. <br> <br> On the 30th of August 2015 it will be my 1st year anniversary in this house but I think it won't be a happy one after all... <br> <br> Please if someone can help it will be highly appreciated.
