RBA ROBBING NEW HOME OWNERS ( FAULTY ROOF TILES)

As I reported the roof problem before. Their maintenance guy( Lufuno) destroyed my house. Replaced the ceiling whilst the roof is still leaking. He damaged my geyser and my couches. My wall is so filthy. His fingers are all over my walls. When reporting the geyser. They refer me to call somebody else whilst they are the ones who damaged that geyser. The guy by the name of Lufuno(maintenance guy) has even threatened my six year old daughter and he has the nerve to leave nasty messages to my daughter. It clearly shows that I'm not important enough to RBA. Lufuno has been to my house for more than five times already. It clearly shows that he does not know what he is doing. The leak is now worse than before. He also damaged my wall. He even damaged my wires when unplugging my DSTV and TV. He does not have the right tools for the job, because he even uses my kitchen utensils to do his job. It makes me wonder what criteria are they using when hiring someone to do their maintenance.
