RBA ROBBING NEW HOME OWNERS ( FAULTY ROOF TILES)
Utterly Disgusted: As I complained previously regarding the leaking roof. RBA called me to make arrangements to come to my house today at 08:00 AM to fix the problem. Up until now no one came nor called me. I also informed them that I'm only taking half day so I can go to work. Up until now nobody has made any contact with me. Their service is appalling.
