RBA is full of empty promises

Worst experience of buying a house...

My husband and I started the process of buying a house around last year in October 2015.

The excitement was overwhelming but only to find out that the disappointment would be more overwhelming and stressful.

We were promised that the house would be ready in about 6-7 months starting from the banks approval to receiving the house keys. Guess what till today we are still waiting. You will be told about how they will get back to you which they never do. worst is when you call them they never had ANSWERS...

When the house was done and they started the inspections they sent us a very rude Project Manager... she was so rude kept on telling us to apply logic to everything like we school kids, whenever you asked something she would tell you to apply logic to it... am I a builder do I know what is supposed to transpire???

Lastly is that the house is finished, we have signed a happy letter almost 2 months ago, we were told that it would take 4-6 weeks for handover of the keys. Guess what we still waiting and then you call their offices they will make you hold or transfer you from one person to the other but stil NO ANSWERS. It is so annoying. And lately we even received a municipality bill which we have to pay... Why are we paying a house we not living in? and for how long will this go on? paying rental and rates for a house we have been waiting for... and worst when you ask RBA about it they say it is not their responsibility, HOW RUDE????

I feel if they were so rude while delivering it was something but being rude with no service delivery is just pathetic.
