<p>I am in a process if buying new property abmns as we know it takes longer. In the beginning i thought highy of them as they invited me to their conference where they sell their process greatly. </p> <p>Last week tuesday the bank came back to me with a pre agreement for quaotation. I call Joel immediately to ask what happens now. He said i must send him the quote and he will revert. I did i called him the next day and still he says no i will revert with a new qoute. On thursday i call the call centre seeing as i am not getting joy. The lady promises me a call back. So i hang ten. On friday morning i call the call centre again and talk to pretty she was nice and also promised me a call back. Till this day i havent received a qoute or a call back. I am really getting frustrated as i am a 1st time buyer and i dont know how these things work the one person i should be asking is Joel and he is not coming to the party can i get another agent or should i rather take my business elsewhere. </p> <p> </p> <p>1st time buyer highly frustated</p>
