RBA Homes robing new home owners

<p>RBA robbing their clients. In June I reported that my geyser is not<br />working with RBA as they are the ones whom built my house. I was advised<br />to contact Standard bank insurance to claim. I spoke to Mfanafuthi. I was<br />given this claim number ( 16/049890 ). A Plumber ( Alie) from (Black on<br />Track Plumbing was sent to come and assist at 15:45 PM. "Alie" replaced<br />the thermostat/element. The problem was still not fixed. "Alie" then took<br />the pictures. He noticed that RBA used (IMITATION / CHEAPER) pipes not<br />copper for the geyser. The pipes have melted on the wall and no pressure<br />of hot water coming out. Water is dripping on the bathroom and kitchen<br />wall. Alie then said he will send the report to Standard bank and His<br />company about the findings. Till today No one from RBA or Standard Bank<br />has contacted me.</p> <p>on the 18th I call STD bank and spoke to Dineo at 09:11 AM. She promised<br />to follow up.</p> <p>I took a day off work on the 18 July 2016 to go to went to RBA offices and<br />spoke to Vuyane Nxumalo about my problem whom agreed to assist me. He<br />contacted STD bank insurance to give them the findings from Alie. The<br />problem is still waiting.</p> <p>On the 15 August 2016 I called RBA at 10:11 AM and spoke to Precious. She<br />promised to follow up with Mr Theuns De Bruin owner of the plumbing<br />company that has been to my home, so that they can send the report back to<br />RBA about the findings.
