RBA Homes robing new home owners

RBA robbing their clients. In June I reported that my geyser is not
working with RBA as they are the ones whom built my house. I was advised
to contact Standard bank insurance to claim. I spoke to Mfanafuthi. I was
given this claim number ( 16/049890 ). A Plumber ( Alie) from (Black on
Track Plumbing was sent to come and assist at 15:45 PM. "Alie" replaced
the thermostat/element. The problem was still not fixed. "Alie" then took
the pictures. He noticed that RBA used (IMITATION / CHEAPER) pipes not
copper for the geyser. The pipes have melted on the wall and no pressure
of hot water coming out. Water is dripping on the bathroom and kitchen
wall. Alie then said he will send the report to Standard bank and His
company about the findings. Till today No one from RBA or Standard Bank
has contacted me.

on the 18th I call STD bank and spoke to Dineo at 09:11 AM. She promised
to follow up.

I took a day off work on the 18 July 2016 to go to went to RBA offices and
spoke to Vuyane Nxumalo about my problem whom agreed to assist me. He
contacted STD bank insurance to give them the findings from Alie. The
problem is still waiting.

On the 15 August 2016 I called RBA at 10:11 AM and spoke to Precious. She
promised to follow up with Mr Theuns De Bruin owner of the plumbing
company that has been to my home, so that they can send the report back to
RBA about the findings. The reference that was provided was then Ref :
545217

The service that RBA is providing to new home owners is disgusting.
Rosina Abrams

Leak Techniques boss called me at around 8H00AM to confirm the appointment
to come to my house for inspection and He told me that I will have to pay
the access fee of R750.00. I told them that I do not have that money.
I then called Standard bank and spoke to Tshiamo and insisted to speak to
a manager. I was then transferred to Sharon and explained again the
situation. Even the fact that I had to pay the R750.00 which does not make
sense. She then advised me to allow the Leak Techniques guys to come and
inspect my house. They did come round about 12H15 noon.
Leak Techniques guys inspected the house and confirmed again as the
previous technicians that they won't be able to fix the problem due to the
wrong plastic pipes which were installed buy RBA initially when they build
my so called house. They even took pictures. They also managed to see that
the outside tap from the kitchen is loose due to this .
RBA and Standard bank promised to call me back, Till today I have not
received any feedback from either of them.
What is most disgusting. When I moved into this house. Standard bank did
send the inspector to inspect the House. What was he inspecting as there
are so many problems that He could not pick up or was He paid buy RBA to
say everything is fine whilst it's not.
Please tell me if I have to keep on paying the dump that I,m leaving in.
I have a geyser that I am paying for which I can't even use.
