Proof Rba doesn't care

It's been close to 3 months since I've reported a problem with rba.<br> when I wrote to hello peter I was given a response after 6 weeks of no feedback, they rep**** and said the problem would be fixed by the 15/07/2015 . Today the date is the 20th 5 days later. The problem is still not fixed. When you call into the call centre no one wants to take responsibility.<br> <br> Rba only cares when your a prospective buyer.<br> as soon as their bank has paid them, they do not care about your complains or anything.<br> <br> It's funny how they used to call everyday to check if I'm still interested in buying. But now I have to call them everyday to beg them to fix countless mistakes that they have made.<br> <br> Now that they have the money, they couldn't careless about whether my house is satisfactory or not.<br> <br> I say again I wouldn't recommend RBA to anyone. There's a lot of developers out there which provide better service.<br> <br> 4 months now a house has been complete. Not even one call to let me know what is going on.<br> <br> Shameful.
