No regard for my complains

My stand number is 6441 crystal park<br> <br> To date it has been six weeks since I have complained about the missing plugs and antenna socket in the house that I have purchased. Every time I call the call centre I am told it will be fixed and they will give me feedback. It's been six weeks still the missing sockets have not been installed.<br> <br> The call centre agents I have spoken to is tshepiso and veliswa.<br> <br> The bond is registered and the bank has paid RBA.<br> I fail to understand why they are not following up on the problem. All the other houses around my house have all the sockets installed yet my house has none. Even though it was one of the first houses to be built first.<br> <br> I was told that keys to the house would be handed over on the 7th/july/2015, but by the look of things that was another lie.<br> <br> I'm truly disappointed at the service I'm receiving and if this is how the do things I would rather recommend other developers over rba.<br> <br> This has turned out to be the worst decision I have ever made. Trusting rba to be professional and to give customer satisfaction.
