new house roof leaking

<p>I bought a new home in August 2014 and six months later the house started leaking and i have lodged a claim with them and they came to fix the roof in April 2015. The house roof is leaking too much again and I have phoned RBA to lodge the complaint however their respond is that the house is out of warranty. I am just frustrated because this is a new home of 2 years and already it needs fixing. I am worried that the RBA homes are using low quality material and *********** labour. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them.</p>
