my taxes and rates

Its been six months and i am still waiting for feedback on my complaint, i came to your offices in pretoria in January to complain about my rates , to this day i am still waiting for feedback.In April i wrote a complaint on hello peter and your offices called me and confirmed that they are investigating and will provide me with feedback.I am sending follow ups and every one is ignoring me.I complained about being charged the rates for 2011 and 2012 when my bond was only registered in December 2013.i cannot pay the rates for 2011 & 2012 for the vacant land that belonged to RBA.I went to City of Tshwane in January with an employee from RBA for clarity and this was explained to us and they promised to do investigations and provide me with feedback.To this day i am still waiting for feedback. This is poor customer service. I am paying half a million for that house and this is the treatment and service that i am getting from your company.I am not going to let this matter rest until its resolved.i am going to take this to the ombudsman and write a letter to speak out. I am sick and tired of this company, all you care about is getting out money and nothing else.
