I regret ever buying a house with rba

<p>Its been 2 months now already and rba has not yet sorted out the municipal bills issue, Palesa gives a different story everyday and now they say we are liable for a bill of R 8000.00 for the water that they were using when they were building our house. The manager phoned and said it will be sorted out but nex i am so scared that our meter is going to be bloked due to this. now our kitchen and bathroom pipes are leaking we cant even use hot water. i wish people can be aware of this and never buy a house via rba because it is just a huge nightmare, i hate rba with all my heart :-( </p>
