Horrible service, useless stuff, empty promises

<p>I regret the day i ever chose RBA to build our house, its been a year and all i get is useless and rude consultants who doesnt even know their story. They told us that the house will be ready by the end of month, we put a notice were we are renting, we have furniture in boxes were we renting and they never deliver, now they are telling me to wait another month but the house is complete. where are we suppose to go with all this boxes, why must we rent if our house is complete. The stuff refuses to put me through to the manager always, and they never phone back if they promise. They are always rude and unfriendly, they are totally unprofesional and they never have answers. Someone must phone us urgently and explain this madness.</p>
