dissapointed

Well I am dissapointed and angry at the service I got from Rba home.its been two years staying at braamfisherville Ext 14 and my paint is already chipping off.<br> <br> I complained about this to RBA , today Jan come look at the cracks and guess what? He told me they won't repair the cracks cause its SETTLEMENT cracks. If only they were Structural cracks they would fix them. He later explained about the cracks on the roof outside that its due to the expension of wood in cold and hot conditions . <br> <br> So what i fail to understand is why is that my neighbours houses don't have these cracks and yet we moved in the same time.<br> <br> so basically what RBA is telling me is they won't fix anything. I must see to finish. What service. <br> <br> Well i guess i will call NHC to come evaluate that cracks and chipps on this house as advised by JAN
