COLLAPSED WALL

Dear RBA, <br> <br> I had to resort to Hellopeter because of your unprofessional ethics in resolving a matter that was caused by your company. I have spoken to Mandy and even sent an email to Fane who until today, has not rep**** to my email. My wall is collapsing due to RBA. I have countless emails where I communicated with Mandy and I have been speaking to her on the phone and she told me she is waiting for the go-ahead from Fane so that RBA can come rebuild my wall that is sinking to soil which was not compacted by RBA before I moved in. I even have pictures that show the area in my yard where RBA had dug before I moved in so that they could locate the pipes. I have pictures of how my wall looks now due to the sinking/collapsing wall that is getting worse. <br> I have told Fane and Mandy about a media house that wants to cover this story but I chose not to give this to the media as I thought RBA and I would reach a common ground where we would need not involve the media. <br> Should you require the pictures please let me know. <br> <br> Looking forward to your response regarding this.
