Client not informed that her stand is given to som
I app**** for a house at Lehae, I was given a stand then called to sign with the attorneys later I was told by maria that my application was declined she asked me to apply with Ned bank since then no one contacted me. I contacted the head office they promised me that someone will contact me until today I went there believe I was nowhere in their system. They told me the stand was given to Jabulile. NOBODY BOTHERED TO CALL ME just to let me know that my high hopes have been given to Jabulile who deserve a house not me

As explained during our meetings your approved loan was re-assessed by the bank and was declined. We then resubmitted your application to the banks however it was declined again. Same was communicated to you.
We would like to assist you as soon as the next phase in Lehae becomes available.
