Bad Service

I signed for my house on the 9th April 2015 stnd 914 Kirkney with Renilwe . I was den informed that occupation would take place once de Municipality had done the electricity connection and provided dat de Bank had made de final pmt.<br> <br> I had 2 constantly follow up with RBA 2 check whether de electric connection had been done of which dey told me it wasn't until i went 2 de site on de 16th May 2015 2 discover dat de municipality had done de connection & de bank made de payment on de 14th May 2015. What annoyed me de most was that RBA never did follow ups and their info was always out dated.<br> <br> I spoke to 2 of deir consultants and they gave me contradicting info.With one saying that Renilwe who should handover the house ws fully booked until the 28th and the handover cld not be done until such tym while de other said dat de developer needed to inspect the house to ensure that everything ws in order <br> <br> This is utter nonsense,dey were forever available when de whole process started bcz dey were desperate for sales. Besides, what kind of a developer does an inspection for 10 days? dat means de house must be big as a hotel<br> <br> I would neva recommend RBA to any1 .RBA= Extremely Poor Service
