Bad after sale services/

I reported a learkage on my roof on the 17 November due to rain and they told me to report to my insurance because it a natural disaster. My insurance rejected the claim because the damage is due to lack of reasonable maintanance of the roof by RBA. My roof was still under RBA one year warranty. 04 January 2016 I contacted the RBA regarding rejected claim by my insurance, until now they have not responded to me.My new house is having tracks, my doors are having tracks and number of plugs are not working. It seems as if there are using the cheap materials I started occupying that house last year end of January 2015.<br> <br> I will not advice any one to buy houses from RBA.
