Appalling service

<p>My partner and I went to visit one of the show houses in Orchards Pretoria North because we interested in buying a house from there. We found one of the representitives who showed us around & told us how the process works. So we took the the decision to buy a home from them, so the first step was to submit a payslip & I.D to see which house we can afford to buy. The assosciates told us this process takes about two to three working days, but now its been a month no response from them. When we call them we keep on being transferrred to someone else who also transferres you to another person, up until we got transfered to another lady who was so rude telling us that there's alot of stands those stands won't be going anywhere. All we just wanted was to find out how much we qualify for!! There's really no need for them to treat us like we owe them something. This is not how clients should be treated</p>
