Bad workmanship

Lloyd gave us a quotation for a swimming pool. 7day delivery which became 3 weeks because he had to fix so many errors. The pool was scew and we had to point it out to him and get an outside consultant to get the point across. He tried to get more money from us because he had 'under quoted' for the electician. His finishings were shoddy. The fibre glass finishings had sharp points and we had to get him back to touchup. The places he touched up now shows up in the pool because he did not cover well with another layer of paint. They cut through our irrigation pipe and covered it up with the paving. A downright mess when it came through the paving. I reported it to him but he claims 'he can't be everywhere and his guys never told him they did that, and if they did it wouldn't have made a difference because I would have had to fix it myself anyway as it's part of the 'unforseen' expenses. Shocking service. Extremely disappointed. He shouldn't take on private jobs at all. He gave a 20 year guarantee but he could just as well have given 100 year guarantee as he has no intention of providing a service once he gets final payment.
