RB Service Centre & Gearbox Repairs Horror Show

RB Service Centre & Gearbox Repairs in Randfontein 9 Eleventh str opposite Central Hotel leaves me with little choice but to wright this review. Let me state for the record that they only receive one star because the is not a zero star rating option. The person from RB Service Centre i have dealt with is Piet. On 16/09/2019 my car went in for some repairs. I was told that the vehicle would be finished by 25/09/2019. I only received the car 2 days later on 27/09/2019. To my dismay the dashboard was not properly reassembled. Hooter did not work, Wipers did not work, speedo did not work, rev counter did not work. After phoning RB Service they collected the car on the same day 27/09/2019. Somehow my cars battery got ****** while at RB Service which the replaced with what could best be described as a ******* quick fix battery. On 04/10/2019 i was phoned and told to collect the vehicle as the work was now finished. I collected the vehicle the following day 05/10/2019. Nothing was done! I drove home fuming but it only got worse from there. I got stranded next to the road running out of petrol. Magically R 200 worth of petrol disapeared from my car while at RB service. I called in my wife to bring me some petrol which she did. After adding some fuel to the tank to be able to get back home the car wouldnt start, the cars battery was dead!!! While hooking up the car to be towed i noticed that the boots spoiler was also loose. While towing the car my wife (first time towing) rammed into the back of the tow car causing the front bumper to fall off. I called RB Service again on 05/10/2019 telling them that nothing was done to the vehicle. I was told by RB Service that they would collect to car on 07/10/2019. I phoned on the afternoon of 07/10/2019 to ask them when they are collecting the car as it was getting late. In a rude voice the guy from RB Service said that he told me he would collect the car the 9th not the 7th. I phoned again on 09/10/2019 at 4PM as the car was still not collected. The phoned was slammed in my ear. I tried phoning again but in vain. My calls was ignored. On the 10th i have not heard back from RB Service and Gearbox Repairs. I was quoted R2500 but RB Service & Gearbox Repairs which i paid duly. Now that they have my money it seems that they are unwilling to sort out my problem. (and their negligence) I Phoned again on 11/10/2019. I was told in an extremely rude and annoyed voice that they will only be able to collect my car next week as they are extremely busy. I also had to endure being called "n slegte P**S.

I would strongly advise anyone not to use the services of this company. I would rather have my toe nails pulled with pliers than deal with RB Service Centre & Gearbox Repairs.
