Dishonest, *************, no integrity Robert Fowler

Please stay away from Robert Fowler when any roofing and waterproofing is supposed to be done. We agreed on a quotation and becasue his guys took longer than expected the price doubled but the caveat was that he never finished. He supposed to have returned to install the counter flashing and isoboard but there was one excuse after another and this went on for 2 months. Until he mentioned i must still pay him for that unfinished work as well. No shame, no integrity and completely dishonest. A real ***** or *****, one that cannot be trusted. My lesson, I trusted him, paid him and received incomplete, shoddy work that he wants more money for. Get everything in writing, let him sign off on it and even then be aware and weary. A leopard never changes his spots.
