Rude Rude Rude woman!

Even though my dogs hair was a bit matted I asked Jane to only trim the top, and because the legs are more matted she can shave that.She did not look happy with my request and asked why:I explained that a goldendoodle is a crossbreed between a golden retriever and a poodle,which means they have undercoats and can be damaged when shaven short. The longer hair also regulates the heat(as a groomer I expected her to know this).My dog is quite shy because she is still a puppy (she never asked her age),Jane grabbed her on the leash and asked me to leave in a not so polite way.10min later she phones me,and literally shouts at me(as if I'm a naughty kid who purposefully allowed my dogs hair to become matted).She said something in the lines of:What's wrong with your dog she has no clue about hairdryers and she is not handling this well at all, she is so matted and I cannot comb her, how could u let your dog get so matted, you say you comb her every week but you obviously don't ect.I explained to her that I bath and comb my dog every week after puppy class, no need to take her to the groomers unless she needs to be shaven, which is what I would have agreed upon is she showed some manners.
