Disappointing services

Hi there. I sent my Maltese for a full grooming a week back and the lady was quite rude to me indicating that I should send my dog regularly every month. Firstly it is not her job to complain at me, I am paying for the full service and it isn’t cheap. I told her to trim my dog and do a wash and blow dry so basically a full grooming. But not to cut his hair very short. She brought him back and he only looked as if he was washed and blow dried. His hair was just as long with only his paws and face area trimmed lazily. I don’t feel this is fair so I asked her did he give you a hard time cause I noticed you did not trim him as I had indicated and she has not responded since ? If you were planning not to properly service my dog then why charge me the full fare and not even respond ? That was quite rude and I will not be using her services again as she is clearly just money orientated.
