WiFi the wrong way

Very unreliable internet access. Staff/owner makes promises they do not keep. Refuses to answer calls or reply on emails. At 10h00 in the morning 3 weeks ago he Allen told me he would be back by 15h00 with the necessary parts to have our WiFi repaired. Still no answer or internet access. Not happy, steer clear
