Bruce, Raztech on bid or buy extremely poor service and not in accordance with the consumer's act.

Extremely dissapointed in Bruce and in this company on bid or buy. I purchased a product that was advertized. When I received the product it was the wrong product. I tried negotiating with them, but they layed the fault at my door and told me I did receive the right product, when at time of purchase they were out of stock. They could have notified me before they decided to send me an alternative product that is cheaper than the one advertized at time of purchase. They were also extremely delayed in responding and when I tried negotiating with them over the product they refused. They are also selling the wireless dobe controllers for the nintendo switch on takealot and loot. I do not believe that they could not have gotten me the correct controller at least, instead they tried to sell an even more expensive controller to me as my only alternative. Do yourself a favour and stay away. I know I am going too.
