Very bad service

I am so shocked at the no of complaints for Siyaya. We joined last year thinking that we'll have a break on our overwhelming debts, only to be in deeper troubles. We have given Siyaya every document they've asked, but other accounts are not paid. We are now being handed over to lawyers because Siyaya is not fulfilling their promise, and we can't change to a better company. When you call them, you get transferred to different people until you run out of airtime. This is so frustrating.
