Unwilling to help customer after securing deal

Siyaya debt review called me saying they can help me regulate my finances better. The agreement is they pay all my creditors for a fixed amount monthly . We completed the paper work and they called me time and again saying they will assist and that they always at my service and made it clear I can pull out of the agreement at any time that I wanted. Since then I am unable to get hold of them. No one is ever willing to assist me and they do not pay all the accounts under my name. As a result my debts are piling up placing me at a worse position than I was before signing with them. They are ******** consumers for money and now that I want to pull out no one is available to assist me. Ruth Graff is in charge of my account but she's never available and no one is ever willing to herp me after so many emails and calls but they keep taking my money. Instead of helping they have caused more trouble for me with my creditors because they don't pay them as per our agreement
