Terrible Service!!!

I am highly irritated by this company - worst service ever and the problems continue to mount up thanks to the unprofessional service received from a company that claims to be helping us. No one answers the calls, no one responds to emails, I need someone just to pretend like they care about business and get hold of me to resolve this issues. 2 months of problems and not a care in the world!!! Siyaya you have no idea the amount of problems you have caused me, someone needs to take responsibility and soon! I hope I have some response or feedback sooner rather than later!!!
