Siyaya : 5 years and still listed on Compuscan

I was with Siyaya in 2013. Canselled my services with them and paid off on my own. 2 weeks ago still, after so many years i still cant get Credit only to find out that Compuscan has me listed as being under Debt review. I pulled this report today 29/01.2018

Please Contact me as i have tried every email and contact number on the Internet. Does this Company even exist anymore ? I am very frustrated at the moment. If i dont get responce after this ill take it up higher as i need them to clear me
