Removal from debt review

I called siyaya debt solutions to remove myself from debt review,I was told due to a new credit act from the NCR,it was suddenly my responsibility to hire an attorney,when on my initial joining with them I was promised that I could be removed without any issues,with 48hour notice,is a s not inform by them of any change Put in place by the NCR and I have requested proof of my telephonic contract and prove identification of change in the act,I have not been assisted,and to make matters worse I have too pay for a lawyer to assist me in this process,which was not part of my contract agreement.
