Refuse to remove my name from Compuscan (D/Review)

I app**** to be placed under debt review in October 2014 but before the first deduction could go through I decided to cancel and pay my creditors directly. Siyaya agreed to cancel the Debt Review but they refuse or fail to remove my name from Compuscan.<br> <br> The Debt Counsellor Petersen Dawn hangs up on me when I phone her. The office number just plays music without been answered. When I send emails I get an automated reply saying that I will get a response within 5 days and it has been more than 4 months now and I have not recieved any response or help from these useless good for nothing people of Siyaya Debt Solutions
