Poor service,No contact,Nobody answering phones

I have tried calling SIYAYA DEBT SOLUTIONS and i emailed to cancel my debt review status,i have not received any confirmation that it is being processed,there telephone line are constantly busy,i have been trying to get hold of an consult the whole day since 08:00am this until 13:00pm.And i cannot seem to get hold of one.The service is poor and this is not my first compliant of them.
