Placed under debt review without consent

Siyaya debt solutions placed me under debt review without me signing any documents or agreeing to any contract. I clearly told the lady that i would not go ahead with any of this until i have read all the documents which she said she will email to me first. I never received a single document from them and i never signed any document either.<br> <br> 9th april 2015 i find out that all my credit cards as well as my cheque account have been blocked, leaving me completely with no money or access to my bank accounts. I then called Siyaya and spoke to Bongiwe and she insisted i agreed to this. I then made numerous calls trying to get the voice recording of my conv where i said i agreed. Eventually a manager called me and gave me the same ****. He told he would call me back after he listened to the recording. He never called back. I called and spoke to bongiwe. She emailed me the 17.W withdrawal letter and said that it will be sent to all my creditors and i would be withdrawn from debt review.My accounts are still blocked up till this date<br> <br> Now I get an sms from my bank for a debit order of R2033 from Siyaya debt solutions. I want this debit order reversed otherwise i will take legal action.
