Placed under debit review without my knowledge

We phoned the company asking for a quite on their services. At the end of the phone call we told them we will let them know of our decision. <br> Siyaya debt solutions placed me under debt review without me signing any documents or agreeing to any contract. I clearly told the lady that i would not go ahead with any of this until i have read all the documents which she said she will email to me first. I never received a single document from them and i never signed any document either.<br> About a week ago i find out that all my credit cards as well as my cheque account have been blocked, leaving me completely with no money or access to my bank accounts. I then called Siyaya and they claimed I agreed to this. I asked for the recording of the call to prove to them I did not agree but they would not release it to me.<br> I then made numerous calls trying to get the matter reversed. They never called back. <br> We called the ITC who told every day you spend in debt review is a mark against your name. They destroyed my credit record and are now unwilling to attend to the mess they made. <br> It is unprofessional and unacceptable. We are seeking legal advice. <br>
