PATHETIC SERVICE, UNRELIABLE, EVASIVE

I regret the day I joined this group. It started with getting no response to requests for my account status to being transferred to different consultants who all claimed not to be handling your portfolio with the promise of getting the relevant people to call you back. It's now progressed to getting automated responses to my emails with the promise of a consultant getting back to you which ofcourse never happens to being disconnected when you eventually get through. I decided to try one last time while writing this report and I get cut off 3 times before a consultant tries to shake me off at which I got aggressive and told her not to dare cut me off pretending to transfer me and I got excuses of the said person being busy and getting back to me at which I refused until a dear lady by the name of Nomandela Nogxeke intervened, gave me the assistance I required and even emailed me documents and she's not even the 'relevant' consultant. Why can't all consultants at siyaya service us like that? Why did I have to wait months for service? Thank you Nomandela I hope your collegues learn something from you.
