Pathetic service and wrongfully listed on debt rev

This company is a joke, they have extremely poor service never answers there phones and when they do they cannot help and promise to phone back which also never happens. They have placed me under debt review without me signing anything and now do not assist in sending me a letter confirming I am not under debt review with their company. I am going to also lay a formal complaint with the credit bureau as this is ********* and pathetic. Should I ever need to go on debt review or refer someone this is the last company I will ever suggest.
