no response and no payments made

I joined siyaya a few months ago after the first portfolio manager made a mistake. I've been paying every month but after I spoke to all my accounts confirmed they not receiving monthly payments. I contacted my portfolio manager over 2 months ago and still haven't gotten any reply. I want this sorted whereby all my account get paid or I get refunded as I'm falling badly behind with all my accounts. If I don't get positive feedback soon I will be taking further steps as this is not what was agreed to.
