No Feedback and no assistance

I have been in contact by a lady by the name of Lesley De Vos who refuses to come back to me and give me information and refuses to help me. It is now 1 week gone and I have still not heard anything and I have still not got a solution. I would like a response back from Siyaya and if they refuse to help me then they must tell me so that I can go somewhere else. This is definitely not customer service and the way to be treated. I would like someone to contact me and I dont want to deal with Lesley.
