I owe more now than I did when I joined.

In 2013/4 I was in a fix financially and in February 2014 I was contacted by someone from Siyaya to tell me about their services. I thought to myself great, this is what I need...a peace of mind and I joined. The balance on one of my accounts was R34 600 and without fail I've been paying Siyaya since and the installment for this particular debt is R772.88 which means I've paid them for 43 months and roughly R33 196, but my outstanding balance right now 25/10/2017 is R35 000. Of course I knew it will take longer paying up my debts, but this doesn't make sense. Getting hold of anyone from Siyaya is close to impossible. What can I do to get out of this mess, I thought the whole point of joining them was to help get out of debt and not to forever remain in it.
