dragging their feet

I app**** for debts review with siyaya. I been paying my debts by myself and have been able to to even close some of them by myself. Now i want to withdraw from it they don't answer they're phones. I've even tried emailing them as well as telling them my problem on their Facebook page. I only want the proper documents to remove the status from ITC. I'd expect as quick as they where to do putting my status they really are dragging their feet on these one.
