Disgusted by ***** of this company

Siyaya debt solutions called me and said they would assist me pay off my accounts with credits by making arrangements with my credits. I would then pay siyaya a fixed amount monthly and they would pay off my accounts. Before and while signing the agreement they were always readly available to assist but once I have signed they aren't anywhere to be found. They made it clear that I can terminate my contract with them at any time but now they running around with half stories which don't make sense. Ruff Graaf is in charge of my account but is never available after countless number of calls and emails and no one else is willing to assist. They aren't paying off all my accounts with credits and now I'm defaulting on my payments and my credit record is becoming worse. Siyaya has placed me in a worse off position than I was in before. They ******** me by not adhering to our contract.
